  November 24, 2013 - Still drinking nicely. This was more interesting with an hour or so of air. Light red, with a little brick at the edges. Sour cherries, muted wood.

  September 14, 2012 - Shows much less fruit than a year ago. Opened up after 20 minutes. A light-bodied Burgundian-style Pinot Noir with medium tannins. Didn't quite stand up to Crimini mushrooms. Wouldn't have worked with Porcini either. 86-87
  Update: A few days later, this paired very well with a feta turkey meatloaf. Certainly this has at least a couple of years of life, and it may or may not have reached its prime.

  August 29, 2012 - Light ruby color with a thin, sweet red fruit nose. Sweet red cherries in a light bodied wine, absence of spice or tannins. This is a nice wine, but I'm confused about the reports that it should be decanted for hours before drinking; it doesn't seem to have the body to stand up to that much air.
