Community Tasting Notes 3

July 7, 2012 - Really enjoyed it. But mainly because I had been drinking on the beach all day. Remember it being good, so am going with my previous rating...

December 23, 2011 - Silky tannins and velvet mouthfeel. Powerful black fruit and graphite noise. Rather fruit forward for a Bordeaux. Not sure how much more life it has...drink in next 2-3 years.

April 18, 2010 - Beautiful ruby color. Smell: powerful and elegant fruity arome, black currant, dark cherry, leather, earth, smoke, vanilla, hints of chocolate. Taste: medium bodied, blackberry, red currant, tobacco, toast, long aftertaste with cherry notes. Good tannins, good acidity. Well-balanced good Margaux. Drink now or lay for some years to cellar. 91 points.
