April 25, 2020 - Incredible QPR, especially compared to burgundy. IMO, this is a $150+ wine if it were of similar quality wine in burgundy. Great mouth feel, very pleasurable with notes of raspberry, anise, with good structure and a medium finish.

January 18, 2020 - Got better with more time out of the bottle. Concentrated red fruit notes, with warm spice, cinnamon and a medium finish. Great mouth feel, just very pleasurable to drink!

October 28, 2014 - Chicago Wine Flock...Hezi's Late 90s Trip Around the World (Hezi's - HP,IL): Tasted double blind. Blackberry and some black cherry aromas. Lighter styled fruit flavors with good spice but just moderate depth or nuance. I don't think anybody correctly identified the grape or appellation of origin. Group liked this more than I did tonight.

December 15, 2011 - 12/15/2011 and 12/19/2011 w venison Bourgone dinner. Light ruby rimmed, moderate to light bodied with little coherent structure, some dark fruit but little coherent flavor and mostly flat finish. Over the hill, my impression of a previous bottle as well. Better drinking 10 years ago.
