October 15, 2017 - Really nice, soft, feminine characteristics. Smooth and balanced. Fully mature. These tannins were huge early on. Soft as a baby's butt now.

April 15, 2017 - Full body. Dark purple color with ever so slight bricking. Big cassis nose with a touch of chocolate and vanilla. Still quite tannic. Dusty. Very primary dark fruit flavor profile. The wine has many (7+) years ahead of it, and it will need it to resolve the tannins. The finish is a bit alcoholic. Decant a few hours before drinking. Needs air and has sediment. 14.9% abv.

December 30, 2013 - Blackberry, black currants, tight and tannic (in a good way). Not sure worth the price of admission. But nice wine.
