September 12, 2020 - Just gorgeous. Texturally this is rich, silky and showy. The fruit is sweet, ripe and generous. Full-bodied, concentrated, long and vibrant, the finish is long and intense. This is just now entering its prime time window.

June 29, 2020 - Something not quite right with this bottle unfortunately. Fruit was there, earthiness, some tobacco, but overall the wine felt really flat, yet it didn't smell oxidized. Can't identify the flaw, and it's drinkable though not great.

June 9, 2019 - 60-års dag og blinsmaking: Blind. Røstede nøtter, mengder av mørke bær; mye tannin, litt strevsom, moden frukt -- men frisk, tippet BdX 2006

November 3, 2018 - What a fantastic bottle! Pour into decant at 4pm, needed 3-4 hours to wake up, drank its best starting hour 5. Lots of plummy fruits, lush & silky in the mouth with just enough acidity to balance it out, powerful wine, full body, long finish. It impressed a seasoned bordeaux drinker in our group who haven't had this wine. Wine is ready to go now but please give enough time for decant. U$199 was a steal

October 23, 2018 - Cellar Devils with Jeff Leve; 10/23/2018-10/24/2018 (Berens am Kai 1 star Restaurant): I would guessed left bank. A lot of black currant, silky and round. Fullbodied and powerful. Maybe a hint to one dimensional in late palate. needs time. Hedonistic. 94(95)
