  March 31, 2007 - The cork is soft, supple and expanded at the bottom half and slightly hard in the top half. The colour of this wine is pale strawberry or unripe raspberry (at least with light passing through it). The aroma is acidic and subtlely fruity. The wine's flavour is good. It is fruitier than other rosés, with hints of a late harvest wine. Reasonable value at $12.
  
  The marketing statements on the label and cork are a bit racy: "Share the fantasy." In any event, I like "real" rosé wines like this (not the fake pink zinfandel that passes for rosé). Different blend of varietals than I have seen elsewhere. A successful effort. Very good.
