  May 30, 2011 - Wonderful aromas. If the flavors would have matched the anticipation that the nose presented, it would've been a 90+ point wine. Finish was short.

  March 22, 2011 - Pale in color; think Sauv Blanc. Nose is of spiced green apple. The green apple follows through on the palate where it is joined by pear and, interestingly enough a subtle creaminess. By no means, do I mean a Chard butteriness. To the best of my knowledge this wine is done entirely in steel. Very dry. Would go great with spicy Asian dishes. Easy drinking.

  August 28, 2010 - Skunk moss licorice and an orange-rind interplay enabled the dried pepper, minimal tannins, and minerality to highlight a mild ahi sashimi with slivered onion, pickled carrot, piment d'Espelette, and tangerine oil.

  August 14, 2010 - Nose of pear and green apple. Mouth picks up the same flavors along with some honeydew. Good crispness balanced with the fruit.
