  September 22, 2017 - The wine is clear and pale garnet in colour.
  The nose is clean with pronounced aromas of ripe red fruit (red currants, raspberry, cherry), violets, roses, vanilla, smoke, leather and savoury. The wine is developing.
  The palate is dry with high acidity, medium (+) fine grained tannins, still a bit grippy, medium (+) alcohol, medium (+) body, medium (+) flavours of raspberry, violets, rose, vanilla, savoury, long finish. A little dusty.
  Very good quality. Can be drunk now but suitable for further ageing. Has the concentration and structure to develop further tertiary flavours. A lovely bouquet starting to develop.

  October 29, 2013 - Confraria - Piemonte (Vito): Petrolatum, bacon, mineral. Medium body, great acidity, very balanced and very interesting. Long.
