Community Tasting Notes 4

October 15, 2021 - This wine still seems fresh. Hard to believe it’s an 07. Rich dense wine with a nice oak influence.

August 1, 2019 - Seemed pretty fresh and fruity at first but started to fade after an hour or two. Pleasantly surprised considering the high alcohol.

April 25, 2015 - I didn't want to hold it much longer as it is a high (16.3) ABV. I was pleased that it has held its flavor profile, with pepper notes and good red fruit flavor. No hint of hat at all. Lingering finish.
