December 2, 2011 - Again at restaurant Maxill. Discreet yellow plums on the nose. Rather dry showing yellow plums and some citrus on the palate. A little flat and uninspiring.Paired nicely with smoked char.

November 12, 2011 - A bit delicate for my taste, I occasionally taste the "white peach' and a hint of ill defined floral notes. I don't taste citrus but it has a mid palate citrus tang that is its real strength. Drunk over 3 days from opening this quality was not lost. Not enough body as an aperitif but should be good with fish esp with a lightly herbed sauce
