June 18, 2023 - Very dark red color, 2mm clear edge. PNP, drank a couple glasses over 3 hours. My last bottle of '07 Cask, and going out a high note. This is showing gorgeous forest floor and earthiness on the nose, pretty dark fruits, graphite, boysenberry, and spice notes. The palate is soft and mouthcoating, brambly dark berry fruit, cassis, and boysenberry, earth, graphite, spice and white pepper on the finish. Loved it and fun to have this with dad on Father's Day. I think this should still have several years of life if you have any.

September 10, 2021 - Wine is aging well
Black fruit, herbal notes, spice, chocolate, finishes with currant and anise.
