April 14, 2012 - Pronounced cab franc on the nose. Lush boysenberry and raspberry aromas. Ripe, young for sure, but pretty. Very fruit dominant with black cherry, raspberry and cranberry flavors. It's drinking like a New World wine presently. It's drinkable now, but will only benefit from time in the bottle. Pretty fruit. Good acid. Should age nicely. Very dry finish. Not altogether very tannic.
