July 23, 2023 - Deep golden hue yields fresh aromas butterscotch, golden delicious apple, and pineapple. Crisp mouthfeel also expresses butterscotch but additionally, hints of Meyer lemon and oyster shell. Leaves a light but lovely and refreshing impression.

November 30, 2022 - With R&R at Peach Farm. This was my best bottle yet, and very good if not great. Not as mineral as the best vintages, but plenty of depth. Excellent match for salt and pepper shrimp, lobster with ginger and scallions, and maple pork.

October 22, 2022 - With B and K&G. Certainly drinkable but a little dull. Where's the acidity and minerality?

October 3, 2022 - From memory. A clean and golden yellow hue. This took a moment to open on what started with a iodine and slightly oxidized nose. Given time, however, it really shined with tons of complexity and power on both the nose and palate. Very clean and in better shape than my last bottle. White stone fruit, green apple, iodine, and a saline citrus note on the nose. The palate was so energetic with a core of concentrated citrus and green apple fruit along with a zesty linear acidic backbone that is still very fresh. This has a lot going on and was a joy to drink along side some cheeses. Power without weight. A long and mouth watering finish.

July 23, 2022 - Light golden color. Some signs of age, but still quite clean and light in color. Nose opened initially a little musky with notes of biscuit overcoming the cool citrus (lemon) and green apple notes with oyster shell nuances and metallic tinges. As it gained some air this blew off and it showed very well. On the palate, it had a lovely medium bodied texture that was quite silky and rich but with plenty of energy to give the wine life. Green fruit, citrus (lemon, lemon peel) and great minerality. Kind of a stoney, steely/metallic after finish and quite dry on the finish. The palate had nice density and dry extract that I associate with great Chablis (and white burgundy in general). Delicious and in a good place right now. Drink up.
