March 29, 2011 - Aromas of strawberries and cream with just a hint of herb, the palate is smooth with a little woodyness and some lovely red berry flavour.

July 26, 2010 - Very light aromas, blossom rather than fruit. The palate was much more forthcoming, starting with creamy red fruit, a mid palate of apple and a creamy smooth finish. Dry but not too dry. I still do not know of anywhere that betters Provence for Rosé.
