July 17, 2012 - Something has been off with this wine and there has been an incredible amount of bottle variation. It wasn't corked but lacked any sort of character normally associated with this wine.

December 18, 2011 - Very nice tropical fruits and minerality but hot on the finish. Prefer the 2006 but I would try this again. SM makes a fantastic chard.

September 26, 2011 - This wine has been so hit a miss lately and this one was a miss. Not sure how well this wine was stored, but it feels VERY flabby. Usually this is a great bottle and everything that I look for in a chardonnay, but this bottle missed the mark.
