May 26, 2013 - Está bem bebível neste momento da evolução (4-5 anos de garrafa), apesar do álcool ainda aparente. Aquela fruta enjoativa ainda está lá, mas menos presente, e a mineralidade e acidez estão bacanas. Talvez seja vinho pra se beber com 10 anos de garrafa, e é possível que seja um dos melhores SB sul americanos, mas ainda assim, confesso que nunca mais compro.

June 9, 2011 - Tropical fruits, herbs, grass, sulfur. A bit of alcoholic bitterness at the finish. Good flavor concentration.
