January 3, 2011 - It's good but there are much better rosso's out there at same price points (e.g. Ferrero). All the aspects of the Montalcino sangiovese present -- but just not enough which left it a little disappointing. Spouse felt alcohol content was too high and too present (% not listed on bottle). Will continue searching for better better Rosso di Montalcino offerings.
