  July 9, 2021 - I have such a soft spot for her wines and was super excited to try this particular vintage with her winemaking style and it did not disappoint. So sexy and seductive and its aromas waft from the glass making it so hard to put down. You can detect the ripeness of the vintage but it’s not overdone and her elegant style adds focus. Ethereal palate with superb delineation, especially so for the vintage. Long and lifted finish. So good.

  September 24, 2019 - Big, lush, polished nose - very black fruited with fur notes and just a hint of spice. A little blowsy on the nose. I expected more from this, but we did pop and pour at the end of the evening so take that for what it's worth.

  February 6, 2019 - A quite muted bottle. Show plenty of fruit, although with less intensity than expected. Not much beyond that at the present time, at least in this bottle.

  September 24, 2018 - Last bottle and we were all done but I still remember the immense inner density of this Echezeaux combined with the typical elegance only the best vintners in Burgundy could achieve. Powerful and round without being heavy. A wonderful finish to a crazy night.
