February 20, 2011 - Initial impression was lively fruit but that faded pretty quickly. Later seemed to be mostly tannin with a strang bitter finish.

May 28, 2010 - Very pruney on the nose. Medium/full bodied with dried herbs, a little mushroom, and very dark fruit of plums and raisins. Short and very dry finish.

    August 20, 2008 - Flawed...flat with nothing there...Stelvin cap, go figure.

May 23, 2008 - Opened w/ smoked salmon -- fantastic. Great nose of raspberries. Palate continues to refine, w/ cherry, berry, and almost some wood notes.

July 28, 2007 - Not too sure how to rate this. I have little experience with cinsault. It was fragrant, with a nose of berry and honeysuckle, the fruit was forward, but short. There was almost no hindpalate, and the wine was ephemeral. Easy to quaff, but perhaps not remarkable.
