June 12, 2011 - Didn't work well with the roasted chicken. Tried again a few days later, and was an excellent combination with cod liver in oil. Crisp and dry. Light apple flavour. Not worth the cost.

May 15, 2010 - Had a tasting of this at the LCBO today. Extremely light on the nose and palate. Quite refreshing and dry but lacks complexity.
