  July 17, 2012 - I'm not sure what I was drinking when I first tasted this wine but tonight it's pretty ordinary. Not much of a nose and leaves a bitter taste in the mouth on the finish. Maybe I have just not given these btls enough time in the cellar?

  January 28, 2012 - Quite thin, dark brick red color. The nose starts as quite a charming mix of red cherries, cranberry, violets and shit, but with time sadly the oak treatment becomes more and more evident. Light bodied with plenty of bright, pure cranberry fruit. Shortish finish is pleasantly light, clean and a bit mouthwatering due to gentle tannins. The wine is on the simple side, but enjoyable and food friendly. I don't detect too much oak on the palate, which is always a plus.
