February 28, 2019 - Took a 1/2 hour or so but opened up nicely.

July 29, 2013 - Similar to the last bottle, but better. Better nose, better red fruit, lots of terrior. But also a little thin, lacking in complexity, and slightly bitter on the finish. It benefitted from the extra time, but it still has a pretty low ceiling. Best with food.

March 1, 2012 - Wasn't really into this one. Very tart - definitely went better with food. Acid was good but was hard to get past the tart/sour aspects of this. Second of two bottles - last one was opened a year ago - not any noticeable change from either bottle.

February 15, 2012 - Translucent ruby-orange. Dirty raspberry, rose, and a touch of funk on the nose. Light bodied, cranberries, soft tart cherries, mint, good acid, some scattered dry tannins, a bit of spice, and a short to medium finish. A simple summer wine. Too bad its February.

January 25, 2012 - This is a great entry into Burgundy. Nice acid, clean striking fruit flavors and aromas, and just a touch of earth. Got a few of these at a great price and look forward to opening the others. I would have gone with a better score but it started to fall apart after being open only an hour and a half.
