August 10, 2014 - Opaque, garnet, lacks sediment. Burnt oak barrels and truffles on the nose. Hazelnut and acacia on the tongue. Full bodied with silky texture, acid but not enough to burn. Let linger to suck all the moisture out of your mouth, or drink more to continue the excellent experience.
