  July 26, 2021 - (Decanted for one hour)
  Deep red colour with a blue red hue and a very pleasant nose showing violets, coffee, white pepper, wood and some herbs. Smoothing tannins on the palate still showing a bit of jammy primary fruit dominating and the tannins are fading away. Nice and pleasant, but need a few more years for my preference..
