April 30, 2021 - A beautifully elegant bottle of wine - aromatic, fresh, mouth-coating, spice, lovely red fruit and a finish that demanded you take another sip. It was a perfect match with Beef Bourguignon that my daughter made from scratch ... with some advice from Julia Child.
The only sad thing is that it was our last bottle. But, of the bottles I had, this was the best. -
