February 15, 2024 - Bruised apple, apricot, honey, fungus, nuts. Delicious. At NoPa with the fellas for day after valentines.

October 14, 2023 - Dark golden-orange in color. Nose takes a long time to unfurl, showing classic quince, honeycomb, almond flour and orange citrus. Palate is unabashedly rich and sweet with spicy quince paste and candied oranges, medium acidity and a very long, viscous honeyed finish.

July 24, 2023 - Beautiful amber rose gold color. Honeyed Apples with cinnamon and cantaloupe and broad floral notes on the sweet nose. Honeyed orange notes with mild oxidation. Deliciois.

November 12, 2021 - Copper color. Nose of baked apples. Full body. Flavors of maple sugar, dates, quince, honey, apricots, cinnamon, and apple balanced with a pronounced acidity with a good degree of tannic structure. Not at all cloying or syrupy. Great stuff. A unique wine. Has another 20+ years.

August 28, 2021 - Orange-gold in color. Expressive aromas of dried nectarines and apricots, almond flowers, quince paste and honeycomb on the nose. Keeping with the 2003 vintage this is quite rich on the palate with sweet dried fruit jam, nut oils, honey, with medium acidity and a very long floral and quince paste tinged finish.
