  October 24, 2020 - Could not get the cork out intact but that did not detract from this excellent wine. Decanted 2+ hours. No brown on the edges, dark rich ruby color, velvety texture, loaded with dark fruit and berries, well balanced, still evolving. I may prefer this to their Insignia?

Some flavors of legume, roasted meat and wet stone, although a very dry cab. Perhaps decanting longer will help it in the future. I only decanted for 30 minutes after aeration.

  January 13, 2014 - The first time I drank I let it decant for 1 hr.. needs more time to open up. I let this decant for 5 hours and had a much better experience!
