March 18, 2023 - On pop and pour: Moderate- intensity nose of dark cherry (slightly stewed), leather, earth. Notable phenolics add interest. These follow through on the palate with medium intensity with bright acidity, as well as spiciness in the finish.

January 23, 2014 - Don't let the screw cap fool you! This wine stands up to much pricier Pinots. Decanted for half an hour. Light ruby color with the nose offering weed, leather, and raw meat. The palate follows the nose. It is herbaceous with a meaty flavor at the start followed by red raspberry, tobacco, and a hint of chocolate. It finishes very nicely; smooth with medium length leaving behind chocolate and raspberry. Low/med acidity and tannins give it a firm structure and balance. Overall, it is very pleasant, interesting, and definitely a good value wine.

November 15, 2013 - soft red with some delicate flavours, but I find it difficult associating this wine with the Burgundy PN I know….

April 1, 2012 - Took some time to open up. Better on Day 2. Cherry, earth, and some spice. 88 on Day 2.

March 1, 2012 - Not great but very good for the low price. May be too fruity for some.
