March 13, 2005 - What a lovely, simple red Burgundy. Soft, pale garnet in color, pleasant nose of mushroom, earth, cherry, leather. Good balance, nice mouthfeel. Fruit is clear and sweet, with the right amount of earthiness to cut through it.
