October 3, 2022 - Judgement of Singapore - "Other Varieties" (Singapore): Some caramel & sweet aromas on the nose. A few tertiary components with leather, mushroom, and herbs. On the palate, sweet and fruit forward. Lacking a hair of acidity for my taste but drinking well now.

    April 15, 2022 - from a 1.5 Liter. at Easter Brunch
Classic BF bright color maybe some bricking around edges
    lovely fruity nose
smooth flavors strawberry, cherry and subtle other things
really drinking well looking forward to my other bottle around this vintage

December 17, 2021 - Deep exotic spice and warm baked fruit cologne on the nose. Color has some orange as in browning. Entry is silky and palate coating, well-toned ripe aged fruit marred by some sherry heat and petrol. Dried leaves linger on the tongue. At age 12, mature, with the concentration and fruit to be enjoyed for some years.

May 6, 2021 - Medium ruby color. Pleasant nose with black berries, a hint of barnyard funkiness, and later black cherries and cola. Pleasant wine to consume but not super impressive,

September 27, 2020 - I am a huge Beaux Freres fan! However, this wine was a little past it's prime. Once at room temperature, this wine struggled to show its personality in its first few hours in the glass. After time it did awaken from its "slumber" and come to life, albeit, not up to its potential. Muted aromas of dark and red fruit with some red fruit flavors on the palate. Still Pinot. Still Beaux Fereres, just a little tired...
