  October 1, 2021 - Second and final bottle disgorged Q1-23 from my cellar.
  No real notes taken, just enjoyd tonight.
  Really good Non dosage Champagne, that has hold together very well.
  A bit like a very fine Chablis with bubbles.

  Nose with minerals and sea spray/seashells, lemon oil, white flowers.
  Palate shows a truly bone dry example of Champagne, lemons, green apples, minerals and very fine acidity.
  A perfect shellfish Champagne.
  I like this more than many other users seem to, and hence I also score it higher than others.
  Because to me, this is a very fine example of a really good Non Dosage, from a really good producer.
  Some room for further improvement (based on my bottle, disgorged spring 2013) still, but lovely already now.
  Keep it chilled, and enjoy with shellfish.

  Pale yellow
  On the nose: lemon, mineral, very clean without any sweetness. some yeasty tones.
  On the palate: citrus, mineral, marzipan nice and balanced
  Medium finish
