Community Tasting Notes 1

February 1, 2014 - Honeysuckle and leather on the nose, flavors of subdued cherry, salty buttery caramel. This took a couple of hours of being decanted and swirled to open up. The cherry is coming out more as we sip. This is complex and well layered, with a short to medium finish. It might have taken a while to open up, but was worth the wait.
