April 28, 2018 - Loads of balance in this wine. Notes of blackberry, cassis and a touch of earth on the nose. Seamless in the mouth, acid, tannin and fruit in complete harmony. Very nice effort.

January 6, 2016 - No formal notes, but drinking just lights out right now! Fragrant perfumed nose, ample fruit with structure to match, and a delicious long finish. That said, this has a little room for improvement, so I'll enjoy my remaining bottles over the next 5-8 years.

January 8, 2013 - Not the Napa flavor profile (particularly for '07). A little green flavor, but not unpleasant. My wife liked it more than I did.

April 7, 2012 - Part of the tasting at Fisher. Tasted last among the reds. Delicious lifted nose with full body but silky richness. Lovely tannic structure with nice grip and heft. The uniqueness of the site shines through in this wine.
