April 12, 2022 - 14.5% alcohol. Still pretty good. Spice and leather nose. Blackberry, plum (aged) flavours with moderate peppery tannins and a medium finish. Enjoyable with a meaty spaghetti.

March 8, 2016 - I was worried I might have left it too late for this wine, but there was still plenty of berry fruit and balanced acidity. Soft tannins. Fresh bilberry on the nose; rather short on the finish.

October 29, 2013 - Quite alcoholic on the nose. Initially, red berries, mint. Tannins quite pronounced, but not overly so. Finish is long, fruity and dry. Later on it has mellower tannins, but a peppery finish.
