March 4, 2022 - Great value, oxidized well, hint of honey, good wine

October 25, 2021 - This is consistent with my last time of tasting last December. Fully developed this is a great maure white Bordeaux and great value for money. Grapefruit and lemon with vanilla hints are the dominant flavours with a nice rounded palate and good clean finish. This can be drunk straight from the bottle.

May 18, 2021 - Light yellow. Nose of lanolin, toasted nuts, beeswax and lemon. Explodes in the mouth. Unctuous and mineraly like a Northern Rhone. Buttered toast. Meyer lemon. Wanting a bit more acidity but I'm not throwing this wine out of bed for eating crackers. Wonderful partner for clams with braised fennel bulb. I should drink more white bdx.

April 24, 2021 - Last bottle of this, nicely done. Lemon, wax, no signs of oxidation... as has been a problem w many aged white Bordeaux.

January 29, 2021 - Advanced straw colour, sherried notes on the nose. Flavour profile bit advanced for my palate, plenty of weight and richness but acidity on palate felt aggressive rather than integrated, I've really enjoyed other vintages of Malartic Blanc when served at 3 to 5 ears from vintage, this bottle at 12 years from vintage too mature for my palate.
