February 9, 2011 - 2000 bordeaux continues to surprise and delight me. I should have saved this for Passover this April (or next). Smooth merlot, at peak, but enough acidity to keep to 2014.

April 1, 2010 - After 2 days in fridge, this was better than when first opened. With plum, leather and very smooth, polished tannins, typical of vintage. So, if you have any, open in morning to drink that night. Kosher.
