January 28, 2013 - Very tasty...bright and acidic with a slight grassiness. Maybe a bit of gooseberry.

July 3, 2010 - Pale Straw with faint green tint and water clear rim. Aroma of wet mineral dried hay and faint oak. Fruity on the palate showing some stone fruit along with herbal taragon finish and hint of vanilla oak. Meduim long finish. Moderate acid with sweetness from alcohol (13%) and a slight creaminess in the finish. Not complex but likable, would be nice with a pasta with light cream sauce.
