Dry and light on the palate with almost insanely crisp and citrusy acidity. Very pronounced mineral character. Refreshing but quite brief in the aftertaste.

June 6, 2010 - Light salmon color. Mineral scent with supplementing notes of citrus, herbs and red currant. On the palate dry, high acidity, ethereal fruit, short length but the crispness is what matters. Wow this is a demanding wine that one easily judges as a cheap and not much giving. But it's beautifully crafted to be light but with many underlying layers of textures and flavors. Outstanding! But some sulphur shines through? Can this be or am I just imagining? Makes you thirsty as well as makes you want to quench your thirst with Rosez!
