October 21, 2023 - Wine showed wonderfully last night at home with BB.
    3 hr decant before dinner.
    Beautiful coffee, tobacco dark chocolate
Full body coats your palate with chocolate and a mix of red and dark fruits. Got better as the night went. Nicely paired with wagyu ribeye and truffle Mac and cheese.
Entering its prime time will go for 7-10 years

July 5, 2023 - Black-purple/red. Lovely aroma of creamy, blackcurrant fruit, touch of smoke. Flavours of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry pie, ginger and vanilla. Really fine.

February 5, 2023 - Decanted 6 hours. Still very fruit forward and primary with not too many tannins. A nice bottle of wine, but still on the young side and lacks structure. Revisit in five years.

    September 29, 2022 - Deep garnet
Ripe dark fruits, spice, cedar nose.
Blackberry, cedar, resinous palate with a hint of sweetness.
Still drinking very well and, as noted at the time of the original tasting, probably the best second wine I’ve tasted. Should drink well for 5+ years.

April 16, 2022 - All-enveloping aroma. Somewhat crisp and tart on the palate. Needs a lengthy decant. Delish after 2hrs in the jug.
