    January 1, 2024 - Drank from 0,375l. Nice wine - still young golden/yellow color. On the nose it's a little bit shy. Young impression on the palate too. Sugar and acid are in good balance. Not the most complex Riesling and I think it was drunk at least 5 years too soon. I think it will be at its peak in 5-10 years.

    un gros coup de coeur avec les riesling allemand .
    très digeste, belle acidité supporté par un beau niveau de sucre.
    ca sentait les agrumes, un petit côté floral,très frais
    au nez on s'attend toujours à une bombe d'acidité de fraicheur...
    mais tellement bien équilibré.
