Community Tasting Notes 2

July 9, 2011 - Very attractive nose of pear, apples, honey and cream. Fairly light-footed on the palate with incredible purity. Great, long-lasting finish with a toasty oak aspect and a good mineral touch.

January 1, 2009 - Dense, creamy, lime colour. Reductive nose, but improves in the glass : sweet and limey - very good. Quite light in the mouth, but lovely class. Good long finish. Very nice indeed. 3
