August 3, 2009 - The 01 is still drinking well. exhibiting crisp acidity and wonderful notes lemon peal, & minerality. I love the rich mouthfeel and good length too.

June 11, 2005 - This wine is very light in color intensity, with a straw color. The nose is full of honey, candied apple and spice, much more intense than the color would suggest. Medium in body with a little vanilla on top of the sharp apple notes. A thicker body than expected with a medium finish
