Community Tasting Notes 1

February 14, 2016 - At local East Indian restaurant, from a magnum, not decanted but pulled cork 3 hours before consuming. A very aromatic and inviting nose, rich and full bodied coupled with very memorable finish. This was consumed initially without food and was impressive. What was even more impressive is how well it paired with very highly spiced cuisine. It retained its richness and character throughout the numerous courses.
