October 31, 2018 - Decanted and found only clean wine. Starting to taste a little long in the tooth. The fruit was still there, but so was a hint of something else a bit sinister. Otherwise, this was a tasty wine and a nice companion to our meal.

June 19, 2018 - Showing its age. Very closed and tight initially after a quick decant. Then some nice fruit, but wine developed off flavors that proved it was over the hill. When it was good, it was very good.

December 19, 2016 - Initially, this was a much better bottle than it ended up. We loved it then. It should classic Barolo structure and cherry flavors. The next day it seemed far too alcoholic tasting.
