July 23, 2021 - Mature color and it opened up with air. The first sip is always scary with older Burgundy whites due to Prem-Ox Very good not great but in line with the vintage, vineyard and producer. Clean but mature. Still good acid and fruit framed with some barrel notes and good mouth feel.

December 28, 2020 - much better on night 2 after being fairly flat on night 1, so this might need some time to wake up from slumber.
it developed creaminess and depth, some toasty vanilla (not as sweet as creme brulee), hints of white peach, and the acids/minerality appeared. -

March 4, 2018 - Slightly more concentrated than I last remember. Siky and with great minerality. Still holding on the some fruit flavors. Drink now.
