August 17, 2010 - A grate wine. Dark red. An explosion on the palate. Chocolate, caramel but with a very nice tanis for is age. A tried this wine with a Pintade supreme with 100% dark poudre cacao sauce. Perfect.

July 3, 2010 - Ponceau, cherry aromas with hints of violets. Very balanced in the mouth with good acidity present. Butter, spices (pepper and walnut misc) with plenty of minerality make this wine a whole lot gourmant.
