  May 22, 2017 - Gave this one a half hour decant after a quick taste. Dark red as expected. Big nose of dark fruit, licorice and toffee. Medium to full on the mouthfeel with flavors of blueberries and black pepper. Tannins are still fairly tight and acidity is low. Finish was not as long as I'd like, but this is a good quaff.

  November 8, 2014 - PnP. Fairly dense with robust dark fruit and solid tannins. On day 2, this is blueberry pie in a glass.

  August 30, 2014 - Popped and poured. Tobacco and dark fruit on the nose. Well balanced petite. Dark and inky but not mouth puckering. Tannins are beginning to smooth and integrate but definitely has a few years left. Good wine
