November 14, 2011 - Weekly tasting group #010; Old World Cabernet Franc (@ MM): Fairly deep bouquet with even some graphite. Slightly sweet start with the typical Loire cherries paprika and also some berry fruits. Light bodied. Fresh acidity and dissolved tannin. A little bitterness in the short finish. Elegant wine.
