  March 31, 2012 - Not as sweet as I had thought, in fact is there any RS in this wine? I assume there is some, but it's well hidden by the generous stone fruit and acidity. I love the energy in this bottle. Paired beautifully with Challerhocker, Fourme d'Ambert and Quickes cheddar.
