  June 16, 2012 - What I anticipate from a well aged cab. Smooth and delightful. Held up over several hours of serial decanting......my first 3L. Won't be my last. Slightly swooned by the size, but I will seek the like regardless of the package.

  March 23, 2012 - Surprisingly delicious wine. Lots of vanilla but well Intregrated with soft fruit and berries. Not a huge cab and tannins have softened with age and just drinking really beautifully.

  January 21, 2012 - This was my last bottle, and it was the best of the lot. A hint of barnyard, with olives, leather and blue fruits. Lively and full-bodied -- really awesome.

  October 9, 2011 - I would have given this a 91 but have to mark it down because my wife said the barnyard was too much (presumably brett). I detected soft fruits under a nose of aged wine (leather, dirt, barnyard). Color was still vibrant red; not a sign of brick. It looks like I will get to enjoy my remaining bottles on my own.
